State Bank customers, our easy-to-use phone "menu"
will guide you through! Simply have your Account Number and
your Personal Identification Number (PIN) ready when you call
the toll free number:

You have been automatically assigned a PIN that represents
the last four digits of your social security number. For your
security, please change your PIN number upon initial access
to . Simply
follow the prompts given on the phone (you will press 4 to
change your PIN number). You must thereafter use the new PIN
number, to which no one else will have access, so please be
sure to remember it!
Should you wish to utilize the option for Transfer of Funds
from one account to another, it will be necessary for you
to contact us at (217) 578-2221. We are required to
make certain on-line adjustments in order to activate this
transfer option, after which you will be able to transfer
funds as often as you like without contacting the bank again.
When obtaining Mortgage or Installment Loan information, please
be prepared with the last 8 digits (your borrower number)
and the first 5 digits (your loan note number). A total of
13 digits is required.
When obtaining Revolving Credit Loan (overdraft protection)
information, please have your borrower (checking account)
number ready.
